Why Is This So Hard To Write?

I can imagine some of you going, "Hey! That's my elementary/high school/college graduation song!" Then you make sure you exclaim only to yourself, lest that person sitting next to you avails of that info that, if threatened to be made public, can be used to blackmail you. That is, after snickering at you until he sees that look of murder on your reddened face. Of course I'm exaggerating. I just think the song is simply cheesy, you know?

Thursday was supposed to be my Chemistry date at the HFTA. Instead, I found myself practicing said cheesy song with Hark, DOINC and Evad. I did what I did for a good cause. Yes, I can be selfless, thanks for wondering. Before Nienna leaves all of us, we wanted to surprise her with our rendition of said cheesy song. She's special, much so that all qualms of cheesiness were temporarily suspended.

That line not only goes to her, it also goes to all of us who will be greatly missing her -- missing her already.

I volunteered to recap every Chemistry episode for her. I don't know how I can possibly write a "blow-by-blow" (her term) account of each ep when I live in a student hostel where a VCR is non-existent and the HFTA's VCR is broken. Thankfully, the words per minute in that show is in the Not So Scary Your Fingers Will Remain Callous-Free range so it shouldn't be too tough.

I'm really not into sappy entries so thank God for cheesy songs.
